Sharon received her performance diploma from Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. She is a faculty member of the National Guitar Workshop and a member of the Cal Tech, Occidental and Santa Monica Symphony Orchestras.

Sharon’s versatile playing ability has created a demand for her talents in a wide range of performance situations. She has toured with Stevie Wonder and performed with John Petrucci, Sammy Davis Jr. and the Philadelphia Opera Company.

Sharon has authored 2 books for Alfred Publishing Co.- Bass for Beginners and Quick Start Rock Bass.

She has another book underway.
